Addii, Magnus Jepson, Mark Forrester, and Elliot Jay Stocks have joined forces under a rebranded and relaunched premium Wordpress theme shop and club, WooThemes. Stocks is the latest addition to their team, having previously worked for Carsonified, and more recently as a freelancer. With their launch, they have announced the availability of two new themes, VibrantCMS by Adii, and Proudfolio by Elliot Jay Stocks. In addition to offering individual themes for purchase, WooThemes also offers a subscription-based theme club, with a three-month subscription starting at $150 for a single user, and $225 for developers. In addition to all of this, they have also enhanced their affiliate program, and improved support offerings. 

As I mentioned previously, I purchased Fresh News (currently used here), and got LiveWire 2.0 during their 2-for-1 promotion (which was recently implemented over at IWIC). Both of those themes are excellent and offer a slew of capabilities and ability for customization, so I expect and look forward to more great things from this new incarnation in the months to come!
